    @virginmedia Broadband connection is none existent this morning, same issue occurs at least once weekly. Last week off from 11am until 7pm, same issues today. Work from home so depend on reliable connection hence why I switched to you from talk talk but I’ve seen little to no improvements.

    @virginmedia No, the problem is I want to reduce my package to only broadband from a bundle deal. I apparently can’t do this myself? But I still can’t get hold of anyone on the phone. What am I supposed to do?

    @virginmedia I work in the field of IT so this will be brief. At midnight, your services drop on a national level since I'm clearly not the only one, no RF signal is detected by the router and it takes hours to recover. This happens monthly, sometimes weekly, sometimes daily. Its server side.

    @simonharwood77 @virginmedia At least you have a service of sorts, @virginmedia is taking forever to install at my place. Hope it gets fixed soon though for you, I know it's frustrating as hell trying to WFH with no connection
