    @virginmedia I have been through every possible quick fix on your website, which are zero help regardless and nothing has worked or improved. I want you to organise an engineer to come to my home, and NOT a phone call, as your company cannot seem to follow through with even that !!!!

    @virginmedia why do you close down the complaint when you answer? You've responded but not resolved, and won't engage via email. How can I get to the deadlock stage, when you remove the complaint from your system?!

    @virginmedia has an update been sent out to the Wi-Fi hubs perhaps? I’ve not had Wi-Fi issues for 5 years, now for the last 2 weeks it’s been rubbish. I’ve been getting better speed on 4G! It doesn’t look like I’m alone either! Reboot sorts it temporary, factory reset didn’t help

    @virginmedia Not sure what the point of calling is as no one has really helped so far. No one reads the notes on file, which when repeated back are not complete and because the issue doesn't fit with the scripts - I get passed around.

    @virginmedia Losing connection again yesterday and this morning!!!! Spoke to someone yesterday to ask if I can get a new hub to try but apparently, I won't know for a week if you can send me one. Are you sure it's not a problem at your end because I've never had all this trouble in the past.

    @virginmedia Intermittent - keeps failing. Problem in the area apparently but been doing it for weeks. How about reducing my bill until you fix it ?

    @virginmedia must have the worst customer service ever. No technical team, no managers only apologetic customer service reps who are trained to say sorry. A communication company who is specialising in bad communication.
