@eqdynamics @KateBaucherel @katebevan Just had a Google. Seems Virgin media disable PPTP and L2TP by default. Also seems that they disable access to various VPNs . I suspect that Xav is using a work VPN tho. Only reasons I can think it might cause performance issues on non VPN connections are routing and CPU loading

@virginmedia WIFI is down for second time this week but neighbours who are on virgin there WIFI is fine. Also speeds when working have dropped form 250mb download to at most 60mb download??

@virginmedia Why can't I reach anyone other than a bot that doesn't work at VM? Hiding behind C19 is not an excuse for abysmal cust serv. Intermittent signal causing issues for my kids with online learning and no hope of reaching anyone to sort. Is that what I pay for?

@virginmedia I could, and have already, but what exactly would that achieve? For instance, I used to be able to log into my account and connect with someone on live chat. Now, it's run by bots, so no answers are available and sessions simply time out. You have a solution for that?
