  @edmorrish @virginmedia We have this with Virgin and black spots in the house leading to kids gamer rage. Ended up buying pack of 3 BT disc jobbies and not had a single issue since. Virgin routers are utter shite but doing this solved the issue. Hope this helps

  @virginmedia Hey @virginmedia , I'm still looking for help with my billing issue. I have tried calling and after 10 minutes the line disconnects. It's not looking like your twitter help is working either...where is your customer service? Where is any of your service?

  Fix your stupid slow wifi it's so bad 100mbps then the next second its 4mbps and usually doesnt even want to load anything like wtf @virginmedia

  @virginmedia Does anyone care a damn about customer service in your organisation? You have nailed cable tacks through our flat roof membrane rendering it likely to leak. The roof is only 6 months old and you have just fobbed us off rather than sending someone round to sort it out

  @edmorrish @virginmedia Several years back I had called out a virgin engineer because my tv signal was poor. Turned out the engineer who installed it (before we bought the house) had fitted some kind of limiter on the socket which prevented the broadband ever getting even close to its capability.
