@virginmedia In total I spoke to 17 people and the call lasted 4.5 hours, so no I am not happy. An engineer came out and replaced the HUB 4 with another one, that is still worse than the HUB 3, overall still a terrible experience for a long standing Customer.

@virginmedia shocking increase of prices received today. Been on the phone waiting for half an hour (so far) as we spoke to someone who can't help. Puts us through saying they are extremely busy, and yes in a queue. But need to speak to someone NOW @virginmedia

@virginmedia Upgraded tv and wifi, install on the 22/1/22, no wifi router, chase today an hour on a call and still no resolution and cust service reps that were awful

@virginmedia really is useless, wifi can't stay on for more than 30 minutes, and even when it comes on it fluctuates nonstop, and all they can come up with is extenders that doesn't do ****, and telling you to restart your router, which doesn't change ****. Wouldn't reccomend. :)

@virginhelp @virginmedia I've already messaged them twice and they won't reply. I've also been on the phone for over an hour with no reply. And gone on live chat speaking to a bot who told me it would take 4 hours for a human to contact me. Such a terrible service. What am I paying for?

@virginmedia @virginhelp Call times are high?? Spending over an hour trying to get through is an absolute disgrace. All I want to do is contact a human. And you've got the check to increase my bill by over £5 and for what? A crappy service and terrible customer service by inept and useless staff.

@virginmedia A decent spec pc, a mid range phone, an up to date smart TV and all other modern devices. Router is crap, give us a hub 4 at least? 3 year servant begging!

@virginmedia so you increase prices and say I can cancel my contract. When I ring you say you can't answer the phone because of demand. Are you surprised? Bet things don't get back to normal until the months grace period has expired.
