@virginmedia In total I spoke to 17 people and the call lasted 4.5 hours, so no I am not happy. An engineer came out and replaced the HUB 4 with another one, that is still worse than the HUB 3, overall still a terrible experience for a long standing Customer.

Iwobi is like Virgin Media. Seemed like a good idea at first but he seems to stop working every 10 minutes and is slow as ****.

@virginmedia I called Customer service said they could see I needed new fibre but they can’t order it. Need an engineer to authorise. I#My case is in a holding pool and could I not contact the engineer who texted me
