    @virginmedia I have now got the ombudsman involved so I will let them deal with it seeing as you've had since September to cancel my contract and you are still billing me now even though I receive emails telling me I owe nothing but you screw with my credit score

    @virginmedia Yes, can understand these things happen, but 3 consecutive days seems excessive. On each of those, the status page shows there's a current fault, rather than an equipment issue All appears to be working again now

    @virginmedia Yeh I have that app already I have tried Ordering booster pods but keep getting kicked out or there is an issue with the website

    @virginmedia No there isn’t.. it’s exactly what always happens and I’ve had a pod sent but it’s still having these issues of dropping out…

    @virginmedia Haven’t changed any settings or passwords am still logged in on one device when try to log on any other says password and username not correct? Have been on chat to technical support no help at all for over 3 days and are going to log a report for 5-8 days to try and resolve?
