@virginmedia In total I spoke to 17 people and the call lasted 4.5 hours, so no I am not happy. An engineer came out and replaced the HUB 4 with another one, that is still worse than the HUB 3, overall still a terrible experience for a long standing Customer.

Iwobi is like Virgin Media. Seemed like a good idea at first but he seems to stop working every 10 minutes and is slow as ****.

@virginmedia A company that makes £300+ million yearly profit but only compensates after 2 full days outage when lots of people rely on internet daily, hour to hour. Woof Sorry to the minimum wage workers having to deal with us complaining, know its not ur guys fault

@virginmedia woke up to no internet this morning, can't get an engineer slot until SATURDAY morning 😰😰😰 do u think being without the internet for FOUR full days is even remotely acceptable? Utterly shocking service. Disgusting.

@virginmedia I have submitted 4 complaints in the past few weeks, only the first one was responded to. I made them via web form. I have rung the technical teams umpteen times. They are sending out another technician but not until Friday. But we WFH and cannot work with such unstable internet!
