@virginmedia Absolutely nothing was resolved. An email was sent to some tech guys saying I was damaging the brand by tweeting about it. If you're worried about brand damage, wouldn't it be better to fix my broadband after 58 days of no service?

@virginmedia Got a text saying you've been trying to get in touch with me. You haven't. Asked to call 150 where I would be prioritised to your specialist resolve team. I wasn't. Apparently, my tweets are damaging your brand. Not your lies or my service being down for 2 months.

@virginmedia disappointing that the Wi-Fi is so poor. My sky broadband covered the whole house. You sent me out a pod which doesn’t connect. 3 calls to help desk and still not sorted. Can you sort it out. Only been with you a few days and the products not fit for purpose.
