@virginmedia 56 days with no broadband and no help or communication. Well done @virginmedia you've really confirmed your status as the worst customer service possible.

  • beezlebum Sir Bee (@beezlebum) reported from Ballycastle, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia No. I have had no information at all. Hours of 'customer service' interaction resulted in being told it has been delayed again. I shouldn't have to do this. YOU should be keeping me informed. Three months with no broadband is not good enough.

@virginmedia I don't believe you have been able to identify if the fault is in my local area as the issue has been frequent, upon ringing I get an automated message of it being an external issue and will be fixed however because of the frequency it only seems to be a temporary fix each time

  • Jennay_25 Jennay 🏳️‍🌈🖤 (@Jennay_25) reported

@mikejjennings @virginmedia Not constantly but I've had some small chugs for the past couple of months, going down randomly for no reason at all. All the fun stuff

  • agawish Amr Gawish (@agawish) reported

@raztweets @virginmedia Can't agree more, customer service is one of the most disconnected services I've ever seen in my life. Trying to get an answer out of anyone takes at least 3 hours on the phone between multiple departments and in the end you end up with the above!

  • JonnyVR_ Jonathon Fitch (@JonnyVR_) reported

  • LouDePuebla Loulou (@LouDePuebla) reported

@virginmedia a complaint has been open to you in January 2022. I am still expecting an answer from #virginmedia

  • raztweets Raz (@raztweets) reported

@virginmedia But if you need permission - why mislead people in to believing the internet is available in the area? Surely install it first, get permission first then advertise?? I was told 1st Feb and ongoing issue still. Has even affected my NHS work. Unacceptable

  • SpaghettiXD_ Josh (@SpaghettiXD_) reported

@richardbranson Virgin media aka expensive and **** £100 quid a month for what 15 mbps download speed??

  • mrbhavesh_patel Bhavesh Patel (@mrbhavesh_patel) reported

@virginmedia disgraceful for VM complaints handler unable to calculate the correct no-of-days of uninstalled service. And there is no method for cust to relay this back to team…! No service was 36 days billed and handler refunded £8. What did the other £28 pay for?
