    @virginmedia No. I have had no information at all. Hours of 'customer service' interaction resulted in being told it has been delayed again. I shouldn't have to do this. YOU should be keeping me informed. Three months with no broadband is not good enough.

    @Hash1981 @virginmedia @Ofcom You too? It's been going on since 26 June for me. Absolutely appalling. I wouldn't even call it customer service. I've wasted hours of my life.

    @virginmedia I've wasted hours of my life being hoodwinked by your 'customer service'. So I'm just going to keep pestering on twitter. It might be a grim warning so others don't have to go through it. I want someone to contact me and to resolve this issue. It's not that difficult.

    @virginmedia Got a text saying you've been trying to get in touch with me. You haven't. Asked to call 150 where I would be prioritised to your specialist resolve team. I wasn't. Apparently, my tweets are damaging your brand. Not your lies or my service being down for 2 months.

    @virginmedia I’m actually upset to be sharing this. As a family of key workers working from home with 2 children home schooling I have just been informed of an outage in my area which won’t be fixed until 23/02 and there is nothing you can do? How to make a tough job tougher 😢

    @virginmedia broadband service looks to be down again. Reading (area reference 3). This has to be the 3rd outage in as many weeks. Any ideas if VM are aware of a fault?

    So less than 1 week after signing up to @virginmedia my new land line number has found its way to scammers. Im not saying someone is profiting from selling on newly registered numbers but its very strange! Especially since i have never given this number out to anyone.

    @virginmedia Everything the problem is on your end this has been for months! Please take accountability on your end please! This is obviously an issue that needs too be dealt with by an engineer as its a fault with the lime

    @virginmedia Is there a known issue with boxes resetting several times a day? Could it be a setting on the box? About 8.20, 13.50 and again in the afternoon the WiFi box resets. We’ve only had it in a few weeks, rest of the time there’s no issue. Can anyone help??
