@virginmedia I've wasted hours of my life being hoodwinked by your 'customer service'. So I'm just going to keep pestering on twitter. It might be a grim warning so others don't have to go through it. I want someone to contact me and to resolve this issue. It's not that difficult.

@virginmedia No. I have had no information at all. Hours of 'customer service' interaction resulted in being told it has been delayed again. I shouldn't have to do this. YOU should be keeping me informed. Three months with no broadband is not good enough.

@virginmedia What? Feel free to provide me with the service I'm paying for and compensate me for the hours it's taken to get the minimum of information from you. But I don't suppose that will happen. Just like the reconnection of my services.

@virginmedia It's not really anything to do with feeling one way or another. The FACT is I can't even get a basic service from you, and the solution offered is to spend another £8 per month. Scandalous really. I'm trying to cancel my contract but it seems I'm trapped.
