    @virginmedia bunch of absolute scammers. Paying £80 a month for nothing. Constantly using 4g on our phones as the internet is getting less than 1mb of internet, our home security is constantly off because of this. Phone gets put down when we call for help. Absolute joke.

    Never ever ever have @virginmedia internet. Constant drop off, nowhere near promised speeds. Rubbish @Ofcom

    @virginmedia You asked me to keep you posted, I’ve had no response. It certainly appears to be a problem with the hub because the WiFi is not really performing well. I’ve got three TiVo boxes and a C6 + broadband and it seems no one cares. Quite poor.

    @virginmedia They’ve been going on as long as we’ve had it. Even streaming can be pixilated sometimes but with sky even though we were promised slower internet it was faster. We work online too so it’s hard with the technical issues.

    @virginmedia We know what the issue is, you just book an engineer and then don't bother to turn up. 6 times it's been booked in 2 weeks, leaving a vulnerable pensioner without a phone. Spoke to nearly all departments including an email to you guys(no reply) no accountability whatsoever.

    Another year gone and @virginmedia are no better. They seem to have it in for my pensioner father and have left him without a phone or TV for 2 weeks. I think it's been about 15 phone calls 6 webchats 2 twitter convoys and still they don't give a ****. Appalling.

    @virginmedia I've been waiting for hours for a technician to call me back only to find out they are not ringing me back at all! Waiting on hold for ages to speak to a manager only to get the phone put down on me! Excellent customer service! No TV until engineer pops round Saturday!
