@SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

@virginmedia I'm fairly confident I'd not have an issue installing one myself. Can I not purchase the appropriate length? Your sales-rep on the phone asked if we need a longer cable but it was rushed and we didn't know...if a longer cable was offered, can we not just have that???

@KatTrimble It is no better with Virgin Media. I tried to switch to BT once because the customer service is so bad. Neither VM or BT really helped me with the switch so I gave up.

Your customer service is terrible, you should have informed me. As I do not know when you cut me off @virginmedia, or what calls have been missed, what is the likelihood that you refund me the landline charge from when YOU cut me off? (3/3) #ofcom

Anyone else NOT been notified of the price rise by @virginmedia ? Still waiting for Someone to call me back regarding my complaint after speaking to OfCom. Second year I've been lied to and after they said that my bill would stay the same price until end of contract 😡

@virginmedia I tried that. I ended up on a text conversation, then on a whatsapp chat. Eventually, after 6 hours of try & endless repetitions, I finally got someone to cancel my contract. What a nightmare, what a waste of time.

@MSE_Deals Hi Team ,could you warn customers that Virgin Media Volt O2 is miss sold, as I just had to cancel it because I was billed by O2, even though I was told it would be coming out of my monthly bill with VM.
