    @virginmedia No. I don't think you get this had happened before, around 5 times and you haven't refunded us and left us with bad Internet for around a week each time. We have the screenshots and will be taking it to the ombudsman. We would like to leave virgin media and with no early fee.

    @virginmedia Excellent value for money? Our services are now to be £76pm. The exact same service to NEW customers (and I’ve been with you 23 years ffs) is £29.99 for 18 months guaranteed. Why would I stay? Why? Honestly. Where’s the value for money eh? I expect a DECENT reply. 😡

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 92 year old new customer. Simple query re phone number transfer. Been waiting for 3 hours for a WhatsApp response. Very upsetting for her as an elderly, vulnerable customer.

    @virginmedia Nothing received.. Yodel still states they don't have any parcel for my address... Wasted 3-4 days on WhatsApp chat service which is inconvenient & ridiculous.. ordered cable from Amazon Prime..Got it delivered sameday! Service from WhatsApp chat service is horrendous

    @virginmedia Broadband is absolutely fine. With you and no issues at all. Different platforms to access email. Changing passwords isn't the issue. Important emails (plus probably less important ones) aren't arriving. I noticed at least one other person has said they're having the same issue.

    @virginmedia my internet has been gone since 1:30pm, no updates, can’t get in touch with anyone. No answer on tech support line & no answer on live chat - this is getting ridiculous

    @virginmedia I sure will as two days is bad but if it not rectified by tomorrow afternoon, I will look at alternative suppliers.
