    @virginmedia I recently received a new sim. I am struggling to keep my number as advised on your website as transferring from 48 network. Cannot get to speak to anyone. Think the issue is 48 bill pay account number?? Please advise.

    Having been vocal on here about @Virginmedia's atrocious and indifferent attitude towards its customers and lack of service, I have been approached to build/support a media campaign to expose VM's behaviour - local and national media are interested! @rob__orr @KatyLiddellO2

    @virginmedia It’s already been reported, so an issue has already been raised. It seems loads of your customers are having the same issue! If it’s not fixed asap then I’ll be expecting a £10.99 refund each month on my bill and I’ll pay for Netflix myself.

    Is there anyway of getting these Internet problems sorted @virginmedia we have had nothing but problems with intermittent connection since we joined you a few months ago. had an engineer out and he did some things with the hub and it was OK for a few weeks then dropping again!

    @virginmedia How can I book an engineer visit through this route? It looks like a help forum which isn't what I need, I need an engineer to actually turn up unlike the previous 2 times we've tried this?

    @virginmedia No I don’t think it is. I still need to redeem the 02 extra to give us 6mnths free Disney plus, but guess I won’t be able to add it to the virgin box then. Any idea what the issue with Netflix is?
