    @virginmedia had these issues over a week now and the robot on the phone is just saying the same thing. No info on the actual problem or time it will take to fix. £60 a month for broadband and this is the customer service i get, just laughable at this point !!!

    @virginmedia I have contacted support on previous occasions with regard to this fault and as I detailed in this Twitter thread they won't help me while my SuperHub is in modem mode. You provide the facility within the hub so it is a normal feature so why won't you support it?

    @virginmedia Spoke to 2 members of staff this morning that did nothing but patronise me and were very rude. Said yep it’s been looked at and manager has said no. I was like but we have not heard anything about it. I have spoken with ofcom for advice

    @virginmedia hi I’m having major difficulties with my broadband at the minute and I’m just not able to connect to teams or zoom - which I need for studying and work - despite paying for ultra fast 200mb broadband. I’ve got the connect app, I’ve reset my router lots! Help!

    @virginmedia internet's been down for a couple of hours now. Have checked everything a 100 times and booked an engineer visit for Monday (earliest available). I work from home and need the internet. Simply cannot wait 3 days.
