    @ispreview CityFibre seems to be a good company they were working in my street this week, and I took the opportunity to ask them a few question regarding Virgin Media failing to install my services for 3 months. The guys advised it's a common unnecessary issue with VM.

    @virginmedia The compensation is more that the usual amount I believe but I have not even received the money back for the service we were unable to use though

    @virginmedia don’t use them !!! Customer service is awful, 2 days trying to cancel my broadband 7 calls to them and every time get put on hold or disconnected 💩

    @virginmedia Staff generally have told us many different contradictory things, work being done in the area the reason the wifi is down. One day I’m allowed to speak about the account the next I’m not as my boyfriend is the key account holder. Extremely frustrating!

    @virginmedia I’ve been due compensation for late connection since I joined in November and I can’t get the money credited to my account. Every time I call, I am told the request needs to get sent to management and it never gets approved. The manager is never in the building!
