@virginmedia 67 minutes on phone to kindly ask my mother be moved off £80 per month for basic TV, basic broadband & landline calls. Now a bargain at £63… if by bargain you mean 50% more than what @bt_uk charge me for same speed & same equivalent package. Shite service as always

@virginmedia Already done & the issue isn’t with my equipment. Your site is telling me there’s an issue in my area, but this is getting to be like a broken record now. Why does it keep happening? And what is being done to PERMANENTLY fix the problem.
