@virginmedia We are really dissatisfied with our fibre broadband. During the first lockdown I excused the unreliability with the amount of users there must be working from home; but it’s never got any better & we’re exasperated with how slow it is and how often it cuts out.

Rang to cancel @virginmedia this week as their broadband is poo and for the first time ever the lady in cancellations just said “ok we’ll cancel now”. No arguments, no persuasion, no questions. #dontneedthecustom

Virgin media. One of the worse broadband services in the universe. Lockdown, Stuck Inside and the internet gets messed up. Made an appointment to fix it. They cancelled it. Said they would call in 24 hours. 86 hours later no calls. Thanks @virginmedia . You’re getting no money.
