@virginmedia Why would I need to try the texting service when I’ve been told someone will call back. We have explained so many times we want to cancel my fathers virgin services. I’ll message them but I don’t expect that service will be any better. It’s not acceptable

@elfinface @History28418461 @rec777777 It depends on your package. We've got Virgin Media, the whole 9 yards. BB, Landline, Sky Sports, etc. They wanted £125 pm for it but got it down to £80, so Sky are pretty much LfL. That said, should my circumstances nose dive, it's gone immediately.

@virginmedia I think the fault finally got fixed yesterday, after some reboots of everything I managed to get the data feed in. I had beeb told it was scheduled for a fix on 12th, fault started 23td April I am told. Thanks
