I pay £97 a month to virgin media for broadband/TV so I have sky sports and bt sport etc. I am cooking in the kitchen and the toon are playing and I have no desire to even turn the TV on. This is what this crap football has come too. Time to get rid and save some money

@virginmedia please please help! My disabled father is paying over £100 a month for a terrible fault on the TV service that you are not helping with. He’s 80 and TV is his everything in lockdown. I call every day and can’t get through to tech team. This is disgusting service.

If you can’t fix your service that I pay for @virginmedia then you can come collect your equipment. I’ve had enough! Ring several times spend over an hour each time occasionally get to speak to someone or line goes dead. Problem still not resolved!!!

@virginmedia today Ive been on hold to discuss an acc for an elderly & recently widowed relative for 2hrs 26mins. After 1hr 16mins you ended the call claiming you were too busy...She has no internet access - advice would be appreciated as so far the service has been diabolical!

@virginmedia If I'm more than five meters away from the router my signal drops and then it just buffers and cuts our constantly. I though virgin broadband was meant to be the quickest and best?
