    @virginmedia Tomorrow at 5 would be great. How would we contact? Have tried customer service a few times and have been put through to a few people with broken English who don’t understand the problem and sent engineers out without notice when no one is home therefor it hasn’t been sorted.

    @virginmedia my Internet connection is up and down like a yo yo tonight. Can't use the Service Status checker as my ipad and phone keep disconnecting. What's going on please?

    @virginmedia Oh they attempted to delive today,was at work,so will I get a refund for this month as I still do not have the router,I took a day off No package,I go to work, package has allegedly attempted delivery 2 days late. I work to pay for your service,that I am not getting as I work.

    @virginmedia I've been a customer for more than 10 years but after upgrading to Hub4(Volt 1Gig)I am very disappointed. No reliable broadband despite technicians double visits.On top of that,O2 Internet is most of the time 3G( paying premium for it).Not even an apology email.

    @virginmedia substantially intermittent internet service for the last week with no info on the issue or when it will be resolved - unable to do any work from home. Appalling service. Why am I paying £60+ for 1gb internet when it doesn’t work??????

    @virginmedia No internet for 2 days. Informed it was a signal issue and would be fixed 3 days ago. On the phone for hours and call ended on your side. Awful customer service and internet.
