-
David Gallagher (@davy_gallagher) reported from Eglinton, Northern Ireland@virginmedia Once again the VM customer service team have excelled themselves I’m on the phone for over 95 minutes trying to contact the VM complaint department. The very same department who had promised to get back to me today. VM customer service is atrocious.
-
David Gallagher (@davy_gallagher) reported from Eglinton, Northern Ireland@virginmedia You seem to be missing the point, as I don’t have a VM account the call centre can’t help. Previously your Executive Team stated that they would ensure the matter would be given immediate attention... that was weeks ago. I’m sure my pending legal action will focus VM Ex Team.
-
David Gallagher (@davy_gallagher) reported from Eglinton, Northern Ireland@VirginMENA @virginmobileusa @VirginMediaNews @VirginMediaIE @vmbusiness @VirginMediaCorp @VMSolutions_ @virginmedialife Once again I must congratulate @virginmedia on the ability of UK customer service to completely ignore my request. I’ve only been waiting since 18 March.
-
Jason McIntosh (@JasonMcIntosh88) reported from Derry, Northern Ireland@virginmedia Apparently Covid means you’re limiting engineer visits where possible! So now I’m paying for services I can’t use, and nobody in your call centres will help at all.
-
Terence O'Brien (@tobconnell) reported from Culmore, Northern Ireland@virginmedia internet down and poor for days now

darren connor (@conzo73) reported from Greysteel, Northern Ireland@virginmedia spent the last hour on the phone, most of it on hold about a mess of your making. Still on hold. Shocking customer service.
-
David Gallagher (@davy_gallagher) reported from Eglinton, Northern Ireland@JasonMcIntosh88 @virginmedia Don’t hold your breath waiting on a response, I’ve been waiting since December for them to remove an unauthorised fibre run across my garden. I’ve never experienced such incompetence, I think I have heard every excuse except for a plague of locusts. 😡
-
David Gallagher (@davy_gallagher) reported from Eglinton, Northern Ireland@virginmedia I’ve already been down that route and informed that my next bill would be less for one month only yet my bill which I got today does not reflect that. Once again I am very disappointed in the level of customer service I have received.
-
Karl (@karldbradley) reported from Derry, Northern Ireland@virginmedia Issue is over my WiFi, had a look and everything seems to be ok using my post code on that link.
-
David Gallagher (@davy_gallagher) reported from Eglinton, Northern Ireland@virginmedia Right I’ve just wasted another hour and a half waiting to speak to one of your agents and once again I’ve been fobbed off with the old line “I understand your grievance and I’ll look into it” if I’m to believe that there must be a lot of VM staff looking into my problem.
-
louis (@louis_nicholl) reported from Derry, Northern Ireland@virginmedia No internet for 2 days. Informed it was a signal issue and would be fixed 3 days ago. On the phone for hours and call ended on your side. Awful customer service and internet.
-
Jenny (@jennysinead) reported from Derry, Northern Ireland@virginmedia On 3 occasions I wasn’t made aware of the issues with my street, and was lead to believe there was no problems, never mind received promotional leaflets to my address. Now I have no internet with two babies. But thanks for the pathetic apology @virginmedia
-
Sean Gibbons (@SeanGibbons_1) reported from Derry, Northern Ireland@TonyRoddUK @virginmedia When it works @virginmedia is great when something goes wrong they are a disaster and customer service is absolutely dreadful. Hope you get sorted soon tho 👍
-

-
David Gallagher (@davy_gallagher) reported from Eglinton, Northern Ireland@virginmedia Firstly I noticed you removed @BBCWatchdog from your reply. My initial request was 2/12/20, this was followed up by several messages, my complaint was made on 7/1/21 and the reply stated it would be addressed within 28 days. During this time I sent 2 reminder emails.
-
sean duignan (@dartduignan180) reported from Culmore, Northern Ireland@virginmedia @O2 But not your customer service when it comes to cancelling an order
-
David Gallagher (@davy_gallagher) reported from Eglinton, Northern Ireland@virginmedia As previously stated I don’t have time to wait on hold for hours on end listening to music. I’m sure you are able to look at my previous messages which outline my issues including the latest one outlining a wayleave or as the case is no wayleave.
-
David Gallagher (@davy_gallagher) reported from Eglinton, Northern Ireland@virginmedia @BBCWatchdog . It seems the “just ignore him and he’ll go away” policy is systemic throughout the Organisation including the Exe Team. With the gardening season on it’s way it would be awful if a spade was to accidentally cut a fibre which isn’t supposed to be there.
