@virginmedia On 3 occasions I wasn’t made aware of the issues with my street, and was lead to believe there was no problems, never mind received promotional leaflets to my address. Now I have no internet with two babies. But thanks for the pathetic apology @virginmedia

@virginmedia Once again your customer service has exceeded my expectations...no that’s actually false information just like what I received from your CS agent yesterday. This evening I spent 46 mins waiting to speak to an agent only to have my call terminated with no explanation

I ordered @virginmedia 10 days ago. I’ve had 4 points of contact since. And not once was I told that my address wasn’t able to get broadband. They even had engineers out to check, but never bothered to let me know, until today, installation day.

@virginmedia Once again the VM customer service team have excelled themselves I’m on the phone for over 95 minutes trying to contact the VM complaint department. The very same department who had promised to get back to me today. VM customer service is atrocious.

@virginmedia Internet speed has been terrible for over a week, to the point I have to use my 4G at home. Have had constant problems with it since sign up.

@DMFotoNI @virginmedia The reason I ask is I changed completely to VM about a year ago and I find it good with two exceptions 1. Mobile coverage is poor. I’ve just changed to Sky which piggybacks the O2 network. 2. If you have an issue VM customer service is diabolical.

@virginmedia Right I’ve just wasted another hour and a half waiting to speak to one of your agents and once again I’ve been fobbed off with the old line “I understand your grievance and I’ll look into it” if I’m to believe that there must be a lot of VM staff looking into my problem.

@virginmedia That’s very good but it’s not a reflection of your (non) customer service.

@virginmedia I’ve already been down that route and informed that my next bill would be less for one month only yet my bill which I got today does not reflect that. Once again I am very disappointed in the level of customer service I have received.

@virginmedia .@virginmedia are a bunch of greedy cheats who have caused me to lose out on 2 days of my salary and are offering a meagre *£4 a day* in exchange for their non existent service. Not only that, but I've struggled with a broadband that partially works throughout Dec & Jan. Shameful
