    @virginmedia Again you have omitted @BBCWatchdog. I’ve been told that VM CS don’t have an email which I find unbelievable.... anyhow the Executive Team do and this is the ref C-07012136 I received from them. I have also completed the online complaint form.

    @virginmedia As previously stated I don’t have time to wait on hold for hours on end listening to music. I’m sure you are able to look at my previous messages which outline my issues including the latest one outlining a wayleave or as the case is no wayleave.

    @virginmedia On 3 occasions I wasn’t made aware of the issues with my street, and was lead to believe there was no problems, never mind received promotional leaflets to my address. Now I have no internet with two babies. But thanks for the pathetic apology @virginmedia

    @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Once again I must compliment VM customer services on their ability to ignore my messages for 10 consecutive days. I have received an auto response first thing in the morning asking if I still needed help but alas that’s where the contact ends.

    @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog . It seems the “just ignore him and he’ll go away” policy is systemic throughout the Organisation including the Exe Team. With the gardening season on it’s way it would be awful if a spade was to accidentally cut a fibre which isn’t supposed to be there.

    I ordered @virginmedia 10 days ago. I’ve had 4 points of contact since. And not once was I told that my address wasn’t able to get broadband. They even had engineers out to check, but never bothered to let me know, until today, installation day.

    @virginmedia Firstly I noticed you removed @BBCWatchdog from your reply. My initial request was 2/12/20, this was followed up by several messages, my complaint was made on 7/1/21 and the reply stated it would be addressed within 28 days. During this time I sent 2 reminder emails.

    I just had the worst customer experience with @virginmedia so I’m obviously going to tweet about it since they haven’t even had the courtesy to give me a call/email/letter and apologise 🙄

    @virginmedia The worse thing is you lied to me and others for months before you finally admitted it when you ran out of excuses. There has been no notification or updates you expect me to ring a premium rate number to be told I’m still paying for a service I’m not getting

    @virginmedia The thing that concerns me is I don’t believe there’s an outage or that engineers are in the area working around the clock since May. This is the service and the deadline will keep being moved like it is every month so your basically off your customers

    Well after 14 loyal yrs as a customer @virginmedia you have well & truly lost any respect of mine! Not the way to do business! Hung up on, manager refused to take call or discuss. Only called to change address, @Virgin can't supply that area we therefore pay them £240!

    @virginmedia I “upgraded” my broadband with you at the start of December. Are you suggesting there has been a local broadband issue for 4 months? I suspect you’d have heard about that by now.
