@virginmedia What’s going on these last few evenings with my home broadband. It’s absolutely shit lately. Can’t stream anything on #Netflix or #DisneyPlus Paying for a service I am not getting and getting very p!$$ed off about it now. 🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia All it says everytime is you are aware of the problem and an engineer is on his way , its happened again now , its ridiculous can sombody please advise as to what is going on its nearly been a week of disruption, not good enough.

@virginmedia I have tried reaching out via phone and the what’s app number provided. No luck. I have spent hours trying to get the issue resolved and when a manager calls me, I return the call and they have not called me back with regards to my package being changed!
