@virginmedia @comreg tv gone since 17th Feb. Broadband gone since Feb 15th and intermittently since last Sept. Hundred of calls /messages/ complaints & still no service.

@virginmedia What’s going on these last few evenings with my home broadband. It’s absolutely shit lately. Can’t stream anything on #Netflix or #DisneyPlus Paying for a service I am not getting and getting very p!$$ed off about it now. 🤬🤬🤬

Any further “promise” not met by any Virgin Media representatives will be considered in breach of our verbal agreement & as such will be escalated to relevant regulations org. & legal representation. Virgin Media, you have failed beyond any further reasoning at customer level.
