    @virginmedia You've just cost me over £430 in lost productivity. I don't know how exactly you can justify the problems that VM is having against companies and individuals that are losing money. This is costing peoples' finances.

    @virginmedia seriously how do I get in contact with you??? I cancelled my contract but just got a text reminder saying Engineer will be here 2moro and u will charge me £25 if I don’t cancel but your website is down and not letting me cancel!!! And phone # not working!!!
