    @VirginMedia_3 would it be 2 much 4 Virgin Media 2 consider subtitles on all their progs. Shetland would be so much more enjoyable for some family members in bed if I cud turn the volume down, no reason 4 not providing them, disappointing overall not my first complaint on this 😡

    @virginmedia i taped "White House Farm" on Monday. Sat down 2 watch tonight. So disappointed, NO SUBTITLES, so little thought 4 the hard of hearing. Not my first experience of this oversight (if that it is) by virgin media. Maybe u might consider the less fortunate in the future

    @virginmedia incredible, I've been trying to watch Underbelly, looks good, I'm sure it is. Problem is I need subtitles, a little bit hard of.. Cannot figure out dialect without subtitles, @virginmedia seem to ignore the hard of hearing, imagine in 2021. Thank God for RTE,BBC etc

    So today @virginmedia are bleating about having "completed" Gbit broadband for all on their network. Whoopty-doo. Nobody cares. What we need is ping times below the constantly high 30's milliseconds. It's 3x to 4x worse than when we first got Broadband here 20 years ago. :(

    @virginmedia No tv service, have to pay £25 a month for a phone line that nobody uses and if I cancel phone you put the price of the broadband and TV up so it's still same overall price. Something wrong if you're allowed to do that.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia yup all devices, I have had this issue for 3 days now. I called 2 times and told it would be sorted as it's an issue in my area, but we still have it ongoing , at this point I am sure you have breached the contract as well as really made my life difficult

    @virginmedia It's back on now, but that doesn't compensate people for a totally on and off substandard service unfortunately. My daughters severe disabilities mean she cannot comprehend outages and issues . All sne wants is her TV and Internet and can't understand when it goes wrong 😕

    @virginmedia Banking details . This was after they have reported issues to virgin about having issues with the internet. I don't know the specific date they reported the issue to virgin. But the call was yesterday afternoon. They then tried to take a substantial amount of money from the bank.

    @virginmedia There is absolutely no service at my house. The box will not turn on. My box will not respond. We’ve tried everything and all cables are present and correct. If you’re so sure there’s no issue, send a technician over.
