So disappointed, NO SUBTITLES, so little thought 4 the hard of hearing. Not my first experience of this oversight (if that it is) by virgin media. Maybe u might consider the less fortunate in the future

Cannot figure out dialect without subtitles, @virginmedia seem to ignore the hard of hearing, imagine in 2021. Thank God for RTE,BBC etc
