@VirginMedia_3 would it be 2 much 4 Virgin Media 2 consider subtitles on all their progs. Shetland would be so much more enjoyable for some family members in bed if I cud turn the volume down, no reason 4 not providing them, disappointing overall not my first complaint on this 😡

@virginmedia i taped "White House Farm" on Monday. Sat down 2 watch tonight. So disappointed, NO SUBTITLES, so little thought 4 the hard of hearing. Not my first experience of this oversight (if that it is) by virgin media. Maybe u might consider the less fortunate in the future

@virginmedia I chatted to you 5 days ago about the fact that we ordered our Internet with you over 100 days ago and we're still without. No phone call, email or anything since, so still no resolution to the issue. Will the Internet ever be installed?

@virginmedia The problem started today. I can watch on iplayer etc and those platforms are fine, so it’s not the tv. Just no sound when on regular channels via the virgin box !

@virginmedia But that was only compensation for cancelling one appointment on the day. There has been no solution provided to actually get the Internet installed or for the inconvenience caused by waiting over 100 days.

@virginmedia Well @virginmedia are capable of either calling the account holder to find a solution, or checking internally to make sure the external works are completed ahead so that the installation can happen. It's not believable that there is nobody in @virginmedia capable of checking.

@virginmedia We clicked on report issue button this morning. Still down (no ip address) but have had numerous outages (3 times had to tether phone when wfh) whilst friends across road fine.. so how do we establish if router issue or not?

@virginmedia I will, as there appears to be no direct help your company offers, but this is nothing to do with temperamental wi-fi, this is the base tech being garbage. Customers shouldn't have to write reams on forums to get help. You should be serving them and sorting the problem for them.

@virginmedia spoke to customer service assistant said best can do is keep my package with the phone line but when it goes up by £3.50 in March give me 12 months of £3.50 credit, thought may of done better than that but it's something especially with all the energy prices rising as well
