    @virginmedia i taped "White House Farm" on Monday. Sat down 2 watch tonight. So disappointed, NO SUBTITLES, so little thought 4 the hard of hearing. Not my first experience of this oversight (if that it is) by virgin media. Maybe u might consider the less fortunate in the future

    @VirginMedia_3 would it be 2 much 4 Virgin Media 2 consider subtitles on all their progs. Shetland would be so much more enjoyable for some family members in bed if I cud turn the volume down, no reason 4 not providing them, disappointing overall not my first complaint on this 😡

    @virginmedia have to say Ur customer service is shocking been trying to cancel my service due to a move is horrendous 3days and over 4hrs on the phone and passed to department after department only to get cut off and never rung back why can't a cancellation be 1 click!

    Me: My bb is going up from £24 to £45 pm,can you offer a similar deal? @virginmedia : We can do £36 Me: No chance @virginmedia : £33 Me: Can you put me through to disconnections? @virginmedia : No problem Baffled by this strategy. I'll sign as a new customer in 2 years for £24pm

    @virginmedia my Internet has been intermittent since Wednesday. I've restarted the router 3 times. I've checked all cables and nothing is lose. Service status says there is no issue in my area. I've just a few days renewed my contract, this is not a goof start!!

    @virginmedia you employ people on a budget which causes confusion for customers due to there lack of manners and understanding as well as being unable to fix issues and now due to the ongoing issue and even the twitter account not providing any help will be losing a 8 year member

    @virginmedia @virginmedia assuming by the lack of response, the issue will just be ignored like always, can’t believe this company is still around, the way you treat loyal customers, we certainly won’t be renewing when our contract is up
