@virginmedia I waited 15 days for the broadband connection (due to reschedule). Now, you will investigate the problem next week. Broadband is currently treated as one of the basic amenities. I see you have no urgency solving a problem. We can't do anything since we have a year contact with u.

atleast when virgin media’s broadband was down there was a lil uproar on twitter but my rural broadband is down and i’m stuck with poor signal 3G i dont even know if this will post when i press the button but lmaoo

RTE reducing of the League of Ireland coverage they show. The coverage on Soccer Republic of the LOI was poor over he last few years, but this belittles the league makes a mockery of it. Hope Eir Sport or even Virgin Media come on board, but that’s extremely wishful thinking.

@VirginMediaIE Both my son and I have now tv, live is working on neither. I've rebooted both. Still nothing. Currently watching All four catch up with no problems. Was same in catchup on Virgin media.

@VirginMediaIE there's an outage here in the Stamullen area in Meath.This is a constant occurance any time ESB has any work to carry out. Internet goes,and unlike other providers,virgin media connection doesn't come back & someone needs to come out. Why does this keep happening?

Any Virgin Media customers considering taking up the offer to upgrade the Tivo to a Virgin TV360 box for free don't do it. The 360 box is awful. Lacks any of the useful features the Tivo has and adds nothing of any real note. Calling it an upgrade surely breaks trade descriptions

@virginmedia do you have any updates on the PR1 4SQ outage? Internet has been down since midnight on 29th and the service status page is pretty much useless stating the fix will be complete at 9pm on 30th. Also what exactly is causing this prolonged outage?

@virginmedia Well that went well. All day on 150 then WhatsApp and then being cut off because I couldn’t remember a password I gave you 25 years ago. Call sky and talk to a human being in 5 minutes. Virgin customer service is non existent
