@VirginMediaIE Both my son and I have now tv, live is working on neither. I've rebooted both. Still nothing. Currently watching All four catch up with no problems. Was same in catchup on Virgin media.

@virginmedia I waited 15 days for the broadband connection (due to reschedule). Now, you will investigate the problem next week. Broadband is currently treated as one of the basic amenities. I see you have no urgency solving a problem. We can't do anything since we have a year contact with u.

@VirginMediaIE there's an outage here in the Stamullen area in Meath.This is a constant occurance any time ESB has any work to carry out. Internet goes,and unlike other providers,virgin media connection doesn't come back & someone needs to come out. Why does this keep happening?

RTE reducing of the League of Ireland coverage they show. The coverage on Soccer Republic of the LOI was poor over he last few years, but this belittles the league makes a mockery of it. Hope Eir Sport or even Virgin Media come on board, but that’s extremely wishful thinking.

@virginmedia my internet both wired and wireless is dropping out every ten minutes. Service status says no known issues. A test says there is a Network issue detected on your network which may be affecting my broadband. This has been going on for three days - can you advise?
