@virginmedia Thank you. I was on a contract and moved house, they said I could take the same contract with me. But I got my latest bill and I’ve been put on a much higher tariff. They said on the phone they’d sort but I never heard back.

@virginmedia No frustration would be the net being slow. This is beyond ridiculous! 14 days with no internet! It’s the fact VM didn’t even reach out to say they were having issues either. It’s distributed my work and tv! Energy now internet! #CostOfLivingCrises ain’t a joke!

@virginmedia Useless! Logged a complaint weeks ago about another complaint which was closed without a call or letter, added a lot more to the complaint as huge issues afterwards but it was logged as blank and closed I called, put on hold then cold transferred and on hold..

@virginmedia Second , when the box was installed they couldn’t put it in the middle of the flat to reach the whole flat. The engineer said he’d come back & install it in the middle but he never responded when we got in touch. Over the phone they said they’d book another engineer..nothing done

@virginmedia There have been incidents reported for my postcode online but not by VM. My hub is now solid red but all connection and fitting checks have been performed, the fact it went down in a thunderstorm made me think it could be an issue to be resolved without my involvement?
