@virginmedia So I tweeted you about this 5 days ago when I had been giving it a week or so to see how it goes understanding that it could be a one off etc... And now I'm told to wait and test when it goes again. That won't help when I'm attempting to teach a lesson to 30 16 year olds.

@virginmedia Will someone then get in touch with me easier than having to wait for a tweet? Can my concerns also be passed onto the team responsible for my contract renewal. Unless there is a fix available I will be going elsewhere when my contract is up at the end of the month.

@virginmedia Yes 110 mg download and 10mg upload. As I said the issue isn't occurring right now. During working hours (when my wife and I attempt to teach secondary school lessons) we have issues daily. We frequently lose internet completely and have to reset router etc.
