@virginmedia And so it goes on! You texted to say packing for return of kit on way - to the wrong address! So I corrected it & we’re back to radio silence! Until this is sorted you will not refund my money that you took knowing I was no longer your customer!

@virginmedia so you decided to improve your service in the Maidstone area by cutting off the broadband for at least 6 hours throughout the night without any notice... Can you see the irony in this? Why do we put up with this crap?

@BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Sky is ****. Virginmedia used to be good. Now they just as ****. Constant disconnections even when you select your own WiFi channel which one one else is using. Each lockdown has been a nightmare cos virigin internet randomly goes down. Sometimes in the middle of video calls.

@virginmedia I know it can’t be helped, but it’s more about the responses given by staff. Initially I was told I’d be compensated if it wasn’t fixed within a few hours, that was reiterated. Then the last person tells me I won’t and it’s only £3 something. I’ve lodged a complaint heard nothing

@virginmedia And yesterday was promised a call to confirm a temp mobile dongle with 200gb data. 1: call never came 2: 200gb is not enough as I WFH in the games development. (Potentially 2 days of data) 3: I live in an area of very poor mobile reception.

Not impressed with @virginmedia , upgraded to 200mbps and was promised a minimum 100mbps, never had this and they make all kinds of excuses, pretty sure they are limiting the speed all of the time.
