    @TweetingTont I worked for a cable TV company, long before Virgin Media swallowed them all up. One role was MD Complaints. My remit was to make the customer happy and make sure they didn't leave.

    @virginmedia My sister eventually got through, a new boxis being sent out and if that doesn't work a technician is coming Saturday. Personally, I don't think new box will do it.. A cable appears to be down in next street!

    @virginmedia So box won't work, technician will call find line down across a road, will need a cable crew to reinstate, so telly back sometime next week?

    @virginmedia Spoke to virgin today and the hundreds of people with the same issue are wasting their time. Apple say it’s purely a Cms issue. There sims think your default country is Belgium. Furious at transferring my number to VM. Never had any issue with any other network

    @virginmedia I heard that we can use o2 Priority rewards. I've signed up to it but it says o2 number, I'm not on o2 can I still use it and is it if you only got an o2 number with virgin media ? Is it going to be virgin media one day ? I hope you can help me

    @virginmedia I finally got it done but it took 1hr 40 mins just to change my broadband from one package to another. It should not have been that hard. Stop the hard sell, I didn't want TV or mobile. Just do what the customer wants quickly and efficiently

    @virginmedia I don’t understand why your internet keeps dropping at all hours of the day. It’s impossible to do any kind of work or calls or even watch simple videos without constant interruption. You need to fix your bullshit service now.

    @virginmedia @O2 Why are you sorting priority access instead of working on actually providing the service people are paying for? Absolutely awful internet service and all the help desk say EVERYTIME is ‘it’ll be sorted in 24hours’

    Looks like Virgin Media is down in Manchester. Checked the website and says there is a fault in my area and should be fixed by 6am this morning

    Morning Virgin Media. You aware of issues in GU22 9ND? Woken up and none of my devices are receiving data despite being connected to WiFi. Need to get online to work.
