    @virginmedia My sister eventually got through, a new boxis being sent out and if that doesn't work a technician is coming Saturday. Personally, I don't think new box will do it.. A cable appears to be down in next street!

    @virginmedia So box won't work, technician will call find line down across a road, will need a cable crew to reinstate, so telly back sometime next week?

    @TweetingTont I worked for a cable TV company, long before Virgin Media swallowed them all up. One role was MD Complaints. My remit was to make the customer happy and make sure they didn't leave.

    never go with Virgin Media! I left months ago and they’ve only today * finally*taken back their equipment which they kept trying to charge me for and were so unhelpful every time I contacted them 😤 Sky is so much better, my Sky Glass is a dream 😎

    @virginmedia Completely stopped working now... @virginmedia has to be Number one worst service provider... so frustrating is an understatement... can you send me a technician ASAP from Timbuktu...!!!!

    @virginmedia Hello, it's not that the upload speed is not as fast as advertised it's that the upload speed of 52Mbps (which is the advertised speed and what I get) is not enough. As mentioned, providers on CityFibre can give 900Mbps symmetrical (up and down)

    @virginmedia I have been a customer of this company for over 10 years. I have had no complaints so far. I moved to a new house and I've been waiting for a new internet connection for over a month. I have never felt so humiliated. Thanks for insulting people.

    @LutzSchueler Having. Sorted out the awful service that your provide for my 95 year old mother I’m now trying to terminate our contract with Virgin media. Every time I call I get cut off!! How do we terminate without you sending us a hefty bill for nothing!

    @virginmedia The broadband is cutting out intermittently several times a day has been for months now & we cannot get through on the telephone to make a complaint or get an engineer out because there’s always a queue so we can never speak to someone to resolve

    @virginmedia At your convenience, we live about 30 miles from him but visited today. He said that he thought that the whole of his postcode was out (PL2), but clearly this isn’t the case as his neighbour still has service.
