@virginmedia My sister eventually got through, a new boxis being sent out and if that doesn't work a technician is coming Saturday. Personally, I don't think new box will do it.. A cable appears to be down in next street!

@TweetingTont I worked for a cable TV company, long before Virgin Media swallowed them all up. One role was MD Complaints. My remit was to make the customer happy and make sure they didn't leave.

@virginmedia So box won't work, technician will call find line down across a road, will need a cable crew to reinstate, so telly back sometime next week?

@virginmedia I’ve been told by your customer service team I can’t cancel as I’m in contract. But due to the price rise, about 11% I don’t think this is correct. Currently getting download speeds of 4mb, intermittent service I can’t say it’s worth an extra 11%

@virginmedia My broadband signal is terrible in my house I have phoned a few weeks ago the assistant talked me through some things. I also have the boosters off you but the signal in my room is awful

@virginmedia what do I need to do to get my equipment checked out I have no WiFi. I have been in contact numerous times I have called, I have twitted , text everything I am expected to work from home. I will cancel the payment.

@Rab_Dickson1 @virginmedia I spent 17 days in a row with that crap from VM. Then my wife got through to the 'threatening to cancel the service' dept, got to speak to a human being within ten mins., & an engineer was out next day.

@virginmedia The virgin media customer service help process sounds like the start of @ToHitchhikers I’ll probably find help at the bottom of a locked filing cabinet. Just need to keep an eye out for the leopard 😠

@virginmedia I said I had 3 days of total loss of service. It should have kicked in. It didn’t. I complained. It’s not been resolved. Customer service here is a joke. And please explain to me what Education given means in context of a resolution?
