    @virginmedia I have today asked for WIFI booster pods due to poor WIFI so am unable to have an installation. But had called previously and told that we would get a call back. As this has been going on since February very disappointed in lack of response from a customer of 20 plus years.

    @virginmedia was Told to reorder and xpect a call within 24-48 hrs. Order was put on hold. Ur fraud team TOOK THIER TIME to make that damn call, only to ask my dads name and email address!!! Could someone not have told me to expect that phone call in the first place?!!!

    @virginmedia It was a new issue with my upgrade to 360. Whenever we put Netflix on and then went to go back to main function we press home but it takes 35 seconds to do anything. The rep said i need to call back once homework is activated
