@virginmedia @notsupermum Go with literally anyone. They've forced an elderly man into paying over 80 quid a month for a year and cut off the call when i tried to file a complaint. Some sales rep took advantage and he's been paying it out of his pension. Disgusting.

@virginmedia WiFi is missing up today like mad not just today I’ve had virgin media for about 12 years and have had problems upon problems fix it ffs six months of work gone because your WiFi broadband can’t even fix a problem that has been ongoing since 2019
