@virginmedia @comreg tv gone since 17th Feb. Broadband gone since Feb 15th and intermittently since last Sept. Hundred of calls /messages/ complaints & still no service.

@virginmedia absolutely disgusted with customer service today-2 hours later to be told my 86 year old mum has to wait 6 days for a phone engineer - she has no phone for 6 days! Are u joking!! I am appalled at your utter disregard for customers /she is 86 housebound with no phone!

They are taking top money off my parents who are in their 80s for a service that they have not got will they until the 7th November ! My father is receiving treatment for Lung Cancer & £5 compensation, absolute disgrace . Loyalty disgraceful

@AnnaSels @virginmedia Don’t blame you- Virgin are an absolute PITA to deal with. To be fair, you can get some pretty good deals on 5G home routers now. Might be worth looking into if you’re getting poor broadband speeds.
