    @virginmedia Sure, I’m on an Apple iPhone 13, IOS 16.3.1. I’m not connected to a VPN, Anti Virus software or on a Guest Network. The scan on the app had been working fine until Thursday this week 🙁

    @virginmedia Sorry 3rd message just to add - Also when refurbished routers that don't always work & even rattle(!) are being used to replace dodgy routers, so are clearly already faulty themselves so extra engineer appointments are needed so more stress & inconvenience to customer! Not fair!

    @virginmedia They are just told each time that it’ll be fixed by X time, which it never is, and that engineers are working on it, but they rarely see them out there. The entire street is experiencing the same I believe. It’s SP27

    @A_Mulligan500 @virginmedia We only rec ours yesterday informing increase of £15 a month from April - only had this new 18th month contract running since end of sept 22 !Fuming 😤 over 20 years as a dedicated virgin media customer & the ££££’s paid - absolutely s*** on by them 😡
