    @MJPR21 @eir @comreg Hi Mike. Thanks for your tip, it's very appreciated. I might do that, at this point. However, the problem is many companies do not reach my house (rural area). Any other more reliable company but Virgin Media? (they do not reach here).

    @KateBHdj Always had sky but went with virgin media last year. Just my experience but no issues at all. Got rid of the tv after the 12 months as we don’t watch it but kept broadband. If you can get a good deal, I’d say go with it

    @Barry_TheDetail @virginmedia Write to them using recorded delivery.. Then cancel all payments until its switched off.. They dont be long with disconnection when they don't get paid..

    I’ve just been given Netflix ( I know I’m late to getting it ) by VirginMedia. The first show I’ve started watching is Breaking Bad ( I know I’m late to watching that too ) My question is should I stick with it as I’m 3 shows in and not sure what all the fuss was about yet?

    @virginmedia the WiFi in Edgbaston / B16 has been down for 48 hours now. Tried finding out what’s happening but call centre was useless. When will this be sorted??? 48 hours is ridiculous
