    @virginmedia I last spoke to your call centre today. They didn’t say a ticket was open and the person couldn’t help me. He just said go on the App and follow the instructions on the Netflix tab. He was lost when I said I had no such tab.

    @virginmedia Thanks for your help but this is a problem only Three can sort! Their new system works where it’s deployed. The problem is that they haven’t deployed it everywhere - eg Elizabeth Line.

    @virginmedia It says there is no fault and that I need to reboot the hub, but when I call they advise me to the contrary. Likewise when engineers have come out they say it’s a wider network issue. I am so fed up with this and now it’s compromising the safety of my baby! Please sort it out!

    @virginmedia Ah, you’ve seen the article then? Yes. My internet connection is still dropping out during meetings & I’m thoroughly disappointed. We posted on the forums as suggested. No customer service response. Thoroughly fed up. Can’t get through to a person ever.

    @virginmedia And once again appalling service … as now wasted several hours to be told another 48 hours to sort an issue I was promised would be resolved on Friday … I look forward to ending my contract and getting a proper service provider
