@JimSterling @virginmedia I used to work in one of their call centres (Don't recommend it). Then at least they fostered a culture of getting through calls quickly at any cost. People would regularly drop or transfer calls as soon as they got near the 5 minute mark to keep their call average down.

@JimSterling @virginmedia if you need the connection for business (which obviously you do), I wouldnt touch Virgin Media with someone elses barge poll never mind my own. They are absolutely dreadful and they dont care. Their routers are shite, their tv boxes somehow worse.

@virginmedia I've managed to find out there is a problem, the online guys were really good. The automated phone system told me there was a problem, and sent me links telling me there isn't one.
