    @KateBHdj Always had sky but went with virgin media last year. Just my experience but no issues at all. Got rid of the tv after the 12 months as we don’t watch it but kept broadband. If you can get a good deal, I’d say go with it

    @MJPR21 @eir @comreg Hi Mike. Thanks for your tip, it's very appreciated. I might do that, at this point. However, the problem is many companies do not reach my house (rural area). Any other more reliable company but Virgin Media? (they do not reach here).

    @virginmedia That link doesn’t allow reports. It runs a 'test' which says there is a problem with our hub and sets up an engineer appointment. That is a waste of my time and yours when the whole road is affected. Your systems only seem to acknowledge a wider fault when multiple 'tests' fail

    @virginmedia We have never set any other email address for her on Virgin, my Dad is also on ntlworld and hasn’t had a message like this on his secondary email We are just panicking that access to the ntlworld email will be lost now
