    @virginmedia incredible, I've been trying to watch Underbelly, looks good, I'm sure it is. Problem is I need subtitles, a little bit hard of.. Cannot figure out dialect without subtitles, @virginmedia seem to ignore the hard of hearing, imagine in 2021. Thank God for RTE,BBC etc

    @VirginMedia_3 would it be 2 much 4 Virgin Media 2 consider subtitles on all their progs. Shetland would be so much more enjoyable for some family members in bed if I cud turn the volume down, no reason 4 not providing them, disappointing overall not my first complaint on this 😡

    @virginmedia i taped "White House Farm" on Monday. Sat down 2 watch tonight. So disappointed, NO SUBTITLES, so little thought 4 the hard of hearing. Not my first experience of this oversight (if that it is) by virgin media. Maybe u might consider the less fortunate in the future

    @virginmedia There is no issues in my area. There is WiFi but it is so so so slow. Download speed is 1MB. I have called several times and reset the hub many times

    @virginmedia Sorrys not good enough. This means I have a full week of no work which means no pay, yet you won’t let me cancel without paying a £240 disconnection fee. Despite trying to cancel within the first week of being set up and trying to get in touch varied ways with no response

    @virginmedia been a customer for 6 years I asked for a revised deal and was told that because I was out of contract for so long you couldn’t offer a competitive deal, strange way of discarding long term customers
