@virginmedia Seems virgin decided to cancel my entire 25 year old contract after I switched to sky then renegotiated after you called me saying you didn’t want me to leave. Lost my 25 year old landline number in the process and now 72 hours before I get services back. Amazing service.

@virginmedia Please help us we have no phone or broadband. Services were cut because our buyers gave the wrong moving date. No service for 1 week now at a stressful time. No one seems able to reconnect us. I’ve spent hours on the phone. Keep getting cut off as on mobiles.
