@virginmedia I cannot get help cancelling a package I did not want. I tried online & phone. 3 hrs to speak to someone. Transferred once. Second transfer cut off. Nobody phoned me back.

@virginmedia daily reeboting of my router is not an answer. Giving me another new router where I then have to reset all of my smart devices is not an answer. Sort out the supply. The BT cables are now in service in my area and switching is looking more likely!

Still waiting for Virgin Media to contact me about moving over to them... I know they said it can take up to 10 days but YOU'D THINK they'd do all they could for a new customer who's street has, apparently, been cabled into their network 🤔
