    @virginmedia Saying case closed the issue I complained about is resolved. My actually complaint is not and phone recordings will back my contract up. Virgin are now in breach of contract especially for poor broadband service that I will be taking my custom elsewhere.

    @virginmedia how do I get in touch with VM online? I can’t find Twitter to message, Facebook, instagram or email. I called but that was beyond painful, I’d much rather online contact. Can you help? It’s quite frustrating.

    @virginmedia The tracking for my order states that it is at the depot - despite my husband's order placed at the same time been delivered already. The last time we placed an order the carrier delivered it elsewhere and lied to us thus I have little faith in them. Can you help please?

    @virginmedia Good evening there is a broken cable at the end the road leading into a feeder piler currently we are on a temporary line which am engineer was shocked we have anything. Phoned and complained last Wednesday with a 72 hour call back this didn’t happen and now I have an email

    @virginmedia Yes completely and I have reset everything and still the same issue and I can’t even get catch up tv and this is been going on since Friday.
