    @virginmedia please Please PLEASE help me. I have been waiting for a response for hours on your webchat and still haven't spoken to anyone. All I'm trying to do is move my broadband to a new address. Customer service shouldn't be this hard.

    @virginmedia HI @virginmedia I've just been told the problems i'm having is down to a major upgrade in the area and i'm going to have internet problems until October! How on earth can i have internet connections problems until then? That's disgraceful!
