@RTEplayer sooo I sat down this evening to catch up on a programme I missed.... The @RTEplayer refused to operate pass the ads.... Not good enough... Oh and btw....the virgin media player works fine.... Not good enough after forking out €160 for a TV licence.

Is anyone else having trouble with @virginmedia ? Can’t get channel information, can’t record or get catch up. Dialled 150 and was lied to. They’re now sending a WiFi booster for a problem that doesn’t exist! Just send an engineer please! @richardbranson

@virginmedia Our service went down this afternoon from a known outage and since it’s come back allegedly working fine in our area, I’m suddenly getting Hub light errors and error codes which say it’s a Hub connection issue. It clearly isn’t as all was fine pre outage. Help.
