@virginmedia how do I cancel my package? the service is too frustrating for the amount of money it’s costing. Especially when I was mis-sold our package now costing more than originally quoted, a SIM card I don’t need, and four phone calls, two call backs that never happened!!!

  • BeautyOfHenna Irfan V (@BeautyOfHenna) reported

@virginmedia My speed is very poor and at the moment. I keep getting customer service dropping calls mid way through phone calls. My second issue is my broadband volt upgrade to 1gb, customer services say it done but when I speak to someone else it’s not been done. Not great for new customer

  • _roballen Rob Allen (@_roballen) reported

@virginmedia Looks like your engineer is working hard to fix the problem. Sadly cannot find a way to officially register a complete outage as per the auto rebate link. So you are going to have to accept this. Hope it's back by 1615 today, else, you'll breach that guarantee

  • Bircroft one-day (@Bircroft) reported

@virginmedia Yes rang on Tuesday and was assured it would be complete in 48 hours but it hasn’t, as the paying customer I shouldn’t have to waste my time chasing it up, it’s virgins job to do it,

  • harerik Erik Harvey (@harerik) reported

@MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp success! With Virgin media. We were on 50Mbps @ £42.75 from last month. Three days on WhatsApp (so much better than phone!) = 200Mbps (with TV we don’t need) for £33 (for 18months). Why do they make customer loyalty so hard!

  • Arhogg Annette Hogg (@Arhogg) reported

@virginmedia I know that, it’s no help at all

  • Arhogg Annette Hogg (@Arhogg) reported

@virginmedia So when will the problem be resolved in the EH7 area and what exactly is the delay in repair ????

  • RussTaylor83 Russ Taylor (@RussTaylor83) reported

@virginmedia Incomming connection is continually unstable. Goes between 1MBPS to 40MBPS to 10 MBPS constantly…

  • warflis Carla Warfield (@warflis) reported

@virginmedia your moving service is appalling only made worse by the lack of expertise from your customer service teams. Only thing you seem to deliver on time is the bills.
