@virginmedia I need to speak to someone in my local area - birmingham, I do not want yo be passed through yo the fault line and have to repeat myself over and over again! Someone on the webcam yesterday said "I will pray for you" this doesn't help me with my issue

My experience with @virginmedia : out of contract = daily nuisance sales calls trying to get you to upgrade & spend more money, then when trying to cancel they fight you to stay (won't take no), after managing to cancel + trying to get a refund they want to keep it (as credit!)

@virginmedia I will also not be repurchasing any contract with Virgin for either mobile or broadband in the future as I feel the way that long serving customers are treated is disgusting. No one has still contacted me unless they are trying to sell me a new contract the put phone down

@virginmedia OMFG 🤬 been on hold for over an HOUR trying to cancel services I’ve never even used due to not being able to have them in my property & still not through to anyone. It’s the 3rd time this week I’ve tried calling. Literally the worst customer service experience EVER
