    @virginmedia No, I've got a WiFi extender supplied by virgin and still the signal has not improved. I've been phone up every other week since I joined in March and fed up with the lack of stable connection

    @virginmedia Still no email. And logged into virgin website, but can't even get to see my email. So did you find out who hacked my acc. Pretty poor show. Can't even track my complaint now.

    @virginmedia Too late now, had enough of your flaky service. If it was just this once I'd have some patience. Called BT and Sky. As soon as one is sorted, your utterly dire service is gone.

    @virginmedia .@virginmedia are you are telling me your Distribution Manager has negotiated a deal with @RoyalMail so that when you have a customer without broadband they can deliver it whenever, as you haven't opted for 24 or 48 hour SLA! How can you leave people with no service!!!
