@virginmedia Penalty's for leaving early penalty's for late payment. What penalty's do you get for triple the initial cost agreed. When the customer did not agree or acknowledge this . If you can charge for any in contract breaches this is an out of contract breach.

@virginmedia literally been trying to cancel my contract with you for nearly an hour. If a customer wants to leave let them! Tried chat, tried calls, got cut off, called back, got told original person has to call -still waiting. Cant wait to be shot Virgin Broadband
