@virginmedia I opened a complaint and the advisor lied to me and just closed the complaint so I want that call listening to and I spoke with someone else who promised a call back and it never happened. I am disputing cancellation charges

@virginmedia Now, after talking to your chatbot for 2 days, literally telling him everything, I still can't get to talk to some real person. It asks for security password, which I don't remember anymore. It's frustrating customer support to say the least.

@virginmedia She said that she would email me the details of the complaint and said it would say it’s closed but the complaint isn’t closed and a manager would ring me back. She lied saying the complaint would stay open whether the email contradicts that
