    @virginmedia I rang to sort out my delayed installation rebate, then I sent a lengthy message via your /help page to complain about that call. Neither has resulted in a reply or a 12 days credit on my bill. Please help!

    @virginmedia Offered a price for new package. Verbally agreed. The when details emailed. Different price..customer care cutting off.. worst customer service I have ever had. Been with virgin 28 yrs. Never again

    @derrickca @virginmedia „Virgin” Media are a bunch of thieving Scunthorpes. Not content with charging a disabled customer 250% what non-disabled customers were paying for the same services, they then extort another £180 out of that customer when they take action to leave! So yes, @virginmedia’s fault.

    @virginmedia Yes and it says no broadband issue but not okay since morning. And it happens every 12:30 - 1:30 am almost every day

    @virginmedia broadband not working in B77 area. All devices connected but can’t do anything. Hub is green. Tried a pin reset but hasn’t helped.

    @virginmedia It's has taken three days of trying to cancel virgin media . On your whats app from 7am till 7pm and three days of just says connecting
