    @Channel4 bizarre audio issues are back. Now audio is shifted to the back channels in 5:1, rather that front channels. So everything except centre voices are coming form *behind*. Only on your channel, on @virginmedia

    @virginmedia @YodelOnline first day of being a Virgin Media customer and waited in all day for my equipment to be delivered, no updates and no equipment - will it ever arrive? I’ve been waiting for my two hour delivery slot from yodel, does this run until 11.59pm?

    @virginmedia It's clearly not my mail client as it's on all my devices and on webmail. Could you have a look at the screenshot of the error message I sent you so you can confirm it's affecting webmail and therefore a Virgin issue? Thanks.

    @virginmedia Sorry, but are you lot idiots? This just sent me to check the service. YOU MESSED UP THE INSTALL!!! The road needs dug up and waiting another 3 months while you clowns run around like headless chickens. GET A MANAGER TO CALL ME if you have the gall to charge me for zero service.
