    @virginmedia Internet speed has been terrible for over a week, to the point I have to use my 4G at home. Have had constant problems with it since sign up.

    @virginmedia I'd like someone at virgin to sort this out. Is there any management that take responsibility for this **** show. I want a number to contact , someone who will get me online today. This has got to go to ofcom .

    @virginmedia The technical issue is now resolved. It took six calls and 2 hours on the phone to get an engineer to come the day after they were supposed to (but didn't) and it was only when I threatened to leave that an engineer was "found". Poor customer care. :(

    @virginmedia It seems to be loading now but it's when the football is on that it doesn't work. Pretty much every Champions League matchday I've had issues. Why is this?

    @virginmedia internet down. Seems you have ‘planned work on the area’ BUT YOU DIDN’T BOTHER TO TELL US! Many people work from home these days, give us a chance to make other plans - especially when YOU planned it & knew in advance!!!

    Listening to my husband trying to stay calm on the phone to @virginmedia while they tell us they can't come out for ten days to fix the broken socket (due to a lazy installation) and disconnected wire meaning we have no internet, and also a health and safety hazard in the house

    @virginmedia Thank you @virginmedia . It certainly wasn’t working (Ed shown by the screenshot), 43 hours ago when I asked for your help. Is it normal to have to wait this long for a response? I ask because it seems excessive, I had to remind you, and no apology has been offered.
