@virginmedia Can they though? It’s just a chat bot and then the same people who do the live chat who have taken almost a week and still managed to achieve nothing? Do you have any idea how hard it is for customers to get help or your staff to take ownership of a problem and sort it?

@virginmedia My Internet is fixed now its been working fine since 4:10 in the morning so I am hoping it stays that way and an engineer is gonna be coming today out to check the issues with my broadband.
