    @cop_ish @virginmedia Just wait till you have to deal with their Indian call centre. Compulsive liars. Will literally say anything to get you off the phone. They have a terrible reviews on trust pilot. I tried to cancel before the price rise a few months ago and had to do it twice.

    @virginmedia disgusted with your customer service at the moment, broadband has been off since 11am,listed as a known fault. Now claim it's been fixed but we still have no service, can't speak to a real person at all. I've lost a whole days work already! Please assist.

    @virginmedia Been there, done that! Given up! I even asked for a booster box to help. That was gonna cost an extra £5 a month, plus it would never be mine. I could buy a decent one for £50.
