@smuttyslytherin @slimejim2 @virginmedia I felt like I was being put on the naughty step for asking a question . I think service has gone with them and they don’t care . I hope somebody plays back the call as it really was to bad to be true .

Polite word of warning.. if you use @MoneySavingExp to switch to @virginmedia - they will fail miserably to install your broadband and (with no notice) happily leave you without it for the entirety of Christmas... and then say "You're Welcome" !!

@virginmedia Too late, we chatted on Facebook too, the service included leaving us £50+ out of pocket when a payment was taken twice. No one in your CS cares at all, period. Not on one call was their any evidence of empathy, ownership or empowerment. You need to overhaul your CS training.
