    @geordiemanc70 Virgin Media are the worst. It’s like a cult, impossible to leave, and when you finally manage to, they start chasing you for supposedly unpaid bills, hoping that by harassing you you’d just give in and pay just to get them off your back.

    @virginmedia I am getting scam call saying my router will be shut down in 5 minutes, press to speak to operator. Can you please alert virgin media user not to follow these scam calls. I live in Leeds LS28 area.

    @virginmedia are the worst of companys they do nothing for the existing customers apart from pull their trousers down and **** them! And then think they can black mail you because it's only them who can offer a 100 meg broadband

    @virginmedia Yes. The wifi from the router keeps dropping, I’ve literally tried everything. We’ve had these issues since we switched.

    @virginmedia thanks @virginmedia but just to be clear.., after several reboots and over 36hrs of no Tv service - but yeah all working well now! thanks for sorting out whatever was going wrong on your side to activate my new 360 box
