@virginmedia It's a joke though, we pay for a service and it doesn't even run properly. I'd love to say it's only a one off scenario, but it's happened more this year than others. I'd swap provider if I could but Sky in this area just doesn't reach the same level as you when working.

@virginmedia a little unhappy that my Virgin Media services have been down from around 0730 this morning and it shows it's not going to be resolved till tomorrow afternoon. My postcode is TW19 7HY. A little unhappy as we've been unable to use services we pay for due to WiFi.

@virginmedia 4 times in 6 days that both broadband and Tv have been down for extended periods of time. What on earth is going on at Virgin media? Happy to take my £70+ a month, will be claiming compensation.
