⭕ Toni Geens 🍍 (bam.zoom) (@hamsterpranks) reportedHey @virginmedia we just took out a new contract with you, had our box fitted on Friday, reprogrammed on Saturday due to an outage. Now we've just gone over 24 hours with no internet or TV yet again and the fix times constantly being pushed back. What's your cancellation period?

Ollyp3 (@ollyp3) reported@Benleo @virginmedia Wait - you have to stay on a contract or cancel. Why can't they just cancel what you were sold, give you the compensation (which they are legally required to on Ofcom auto compensation anyway for lost connectivity) and fix your service urgently. I cannot believe you are being held to a missed contract without the perks of said contract! Apalling
