The issue is that I have already followed the guidance in that article and have created filters and blocked senders in both Outlook and Virgin Media Webmail. The emails from the same domains continue to arrive despite those measures.

However was advised through chat online with a staff member there was an issue in my area with hope of it being back up within 24 hours! Everyone is getting same messge when checking online!
