    @virginmedia my broadband has been off for 8 days now and every day ur website say it’ll be fixed “tomorrow”! 🤬 Chat online doesn’t work “says bad request” and I can’t speak to a human on ur awful automated phone service. How do I get an actual update? Getting very annoyed!

    @Steveberg316 @virginmedia Thank you Steve, exactly this. I've told them there's hundreds in Hucknall Notts with the issue and now it appears thousands in Notts have the issue. No virgin media, There wasn't a problem listed until this last half hour.But as you can see there's tonnes of customs reaching out

    @virginmedia It's a delay in fixing a fault but if I was a new customer you would have virgin installed within a few day's. Now I will be without tv or broadband for over 1 month. Do you think this is good customer service? Please advise ASAP
