@virginmedia In the last month I’ve had so many problems with my Virgin bundle. Lies about what I’d get when I renew, rubbish customer service, no internet and now no tv! Sick of it, what am I paying for!!

@virginmedia Moved house 18th nov. Given the date of 17th dec for install. ( a tad excessive wait ) we knew there was issues at new property with cabling. Blockage on pipe under drive. Had to fight to get someone out to test. And we was right. This has been repaired. Drive has been dug up.

@virginmedia :) it's a tired old tale renewed for 2022!! Oh and it's now 9:47pm and despite saying fixed for 9pm we've still no internet or tv!! At this rate at least I won't have to watch the crap TV on NYE!!
