@virginmedia Similar automated message, suggestion of a 1hr wait@to speak to someone. Automated check said new signal to be sent to hub. None of it helped, now on 8.41 download and 1.49 upload

@virginmedia I won’t be paying as my issue is not resolved so thanks for the advice but don’t need it. The issue is an employee put me onto a big bundle didn’t discount anything or do his job basically after he said I was going to be paying €49 a month instead I got charged €178.

@virginmedia i thought it had been.. but apparently, the agent hasn't done the necessaries. so I've said: you records calls don't you? the various issues have been going on for 5 months now. acceptable? you've not once missed taking a payment though. I'll give you that 100% success rate
