@virginmedia your website tells me that all is fine in my area, I then get you to check my broadband service.... And guess what????? 'An intermittent service issue'.... When are you going to get your act together?? I've had the same intermittent issue for 3 weeks...SORT IT OUT.

Hello @virginmedia just spoken to one of your employees who has told me that in order to use your Wi-Fi I have to turn off my @Sonos sound bar? I’ve never heard such nonsense in my life. Your service is terrible and your staff are worse.

@virginmedia Problems in Southampton with really poor connectivity and dropping services all the time. Been poor since downtime a couple of days ago. Online service says only TV affected but this is not right and when on the next screen to test line, it just says unable to test?
