@virginmedia Connections all OK and I rebooted the box, pixellation seems worse on BBC1 HD but other channels are affected. Trying to test via my online account I end up at the same broken page (doesn't seem to be a bad link it just doesn't work)

@virginmedia I know it's not your fault, but really? I've been through this. A technician's already confirmed that during 'routine works' someone cut my chord by accident. I'm waiting for 'the field team' to fix it and every day you tell me it's done but it's not. It's now been 10 days.

@virginmedia by any chance is there anyway I can nominate these jokers @TalkTalk for worse broadband provider of the year must be a link somewhere ? Got any details of the ombudsman so I can lodge a complaint and terminate my contract for a service I pay for but don't receive ?

@virginmedia Hey @virginmedia thanks so much for your help/tweets. I was in contact via WhatsApp at the same time & Albern has sorted out problem. It took a while but it's sorted now. Had this interaction been when trying to resolve TV services, I think outcome would've been different. Thanks

@virginmedia I’ve had no internet with you guys for almost a week now. Every time I call up I’m not able to get through to any customer service members as it tells me the same message “the engineers are working hard to fix this problem and it may take longer that usual”.

@virginmedia I reported it on the 2nd Feb, it was a network issue and request both over the phone and on your automated system to be updated, phoned again Monday to find out the automated message has changed so assumed the network issue is fixed but I didn't receive a message informing me
