Worst customer service ever from @O2 Raised a complaint, several weeks later they tried to contact me but I was driving so they closed the complaint!!!! And all of this is due to the incompetence of the staff at the Livingston branch 😡 @virginmedia

@virginmedia Hi @virginmedia it is now over 2 days since I have been unable to login in to my virgin media account or access Sky Sports via the Sky Sports App or via internet. When will this be fixed and where is the communication explaining the fault.

@virginmedia - email service and login still down since 1100 on 14th. Been on cable here 31 years and more than 10 with Virgin Media - hit a low point. Please resolve.

@virginmedia It's a joke though, we pay for a service and it doesn't even run properly. I'd love to say it's only a one off scenario, but it's happened more this year than others. I'd swap provider if I could but Sky in this area just doesn't reach the same level as you when working.

@virginmedia a little unhappy that my Virgin Media services have been down from around 0730 this morning and it shows it's not going to be resolved till tomorrow afternoon. My postcode is TW19 7HY. A little unhappy as we've been unable to use services we pay for due to WiFi.

@virginmedia 4 times in 6 days that both broadband and Tv have been down for extended periods of time. What on earth is going on at Virgin media? Happy to take my £70+ a month, will be claiming compensation.
