    @virginmedia I have and its the same as it was yesterday. Network issue which is being looked at. Can't imagine it'd take that long to fix upload speed though as my download is fine.

    @virginmedia No, I mean no internet so I couldn’t get in. Tried a few times. Says no issue. Turned modem on and off, all the cables are stable. I’m not resetting as it’s a nightmare splitting the signal again. Ugh. This is so frustrating.

    Mad how whenever you wanna downgrade or remove a service from @virginmedia the phone always cuts out and they don’t call you back 🧐 but if I wanted to join they’d be knocking on my door

    @virginmedia The account is no longer active I have been in contact with numerous people from virgin and told they would send it to my new address and its never happened this has been going on for well over six months now

    @virginmedia @YodelOnline Hi i was supposed to get my hub4 on saturday and it is still stuck in middleton depot with no sign of delivery. Virgin Media should really think of changing their delivery partner or will lose a lot of customers. @YodelOnline customer service is worst
