    @virginmedia There doesn’t appear to be any known issues, but there’s clearly something that’s not right. Also, if there were constant outages in the area, a engineer should be on to of this. 4-5 times it’s been down in the last week!

    @virginmedia Done that and spoke to the technical team who didn’t listen and passed me to customer services. Wired connection is better but you can only get connection within one room of the house
