Virgin Media down again? Can't wait to leave to Community Fibre. Absolutely cheap, upload speeds that match download, an actual router, and not to mention, it's cheap as hell compared to its competitors. Finally we get a truly modern ISP here in London.

So @virginmedia - just called your helpline and after 2 hours of problem solving the upshot is no VirginMedia TV for at least 4 days. Not good enough!

@virginmedia everyday this last week my mothers phone line has had a fault. She’s reported it again but that’s been a week she’s not had this service. She only has a pay as you go mobile & unfortunately falls into vulnerable adult category at the moment. What can be done to help?
