@virginmedia Hi, things are ok at the moment thanks, but as others added to my earlier message, the service has been dropping out for long stretches every day for the past four, so I am not holding my breath that all stays well. Is it the same recurring problem?

@virginmedia The agent said an engineer will go & have a look at the main box in the street to check external cables. The agent was not coming to visit me...... I was advised if the problem was not resolved within 2 days to get back in touch... That was 4 days ago & the problem is still here
