Returning the set top box because I was emigrating required three days off work and the threat to throw it in the skip before they sent a work experience lad out in a taxi to collect it.

ALL I WANNA DO IS cancel my installation - I’m well within the 14 days cancellation period just can’t get through to your useless team 🙄👺 shall I just cancel my direct debit instead?
