    @alandavies1 @virginmedia If it’s any comfort to you, @VirginMediaIE is based locally and every bit as bad. Returning the set top box because I was emigrating required three days off work and the threat to throw it in the skip before they sent a work experience lad out in a taxi to collect it.

    @virginmedia No to both. They’re in their 80s. They’ve already paid £180 and they have no service. I think that warrants somebody coming out?

    @virginmedia Another complaint logged and another day wasted with calls to @virginmedia. Now awaiting another manager callback within 3 days. Can you do more?

    @virginmedia So thought I’d try again today and follow this route. 20mins then cut off from call. Called back, 20mins, discussing resolution options, all of a sudden “I need to call you back in 5-10min” 20mins later here I am. No call, no internet. Yay

    @virginmedia been on the phone for 43 minutes and then cut off AGAIN was told 2 hours ago someone would call me straight back, PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTACT

    @virginmedia how are you this bad? You make me call because your website is useless, go through automated steps and then text me a link that is no help and end the call? I've heard your customer service is **** but I didn't expected it to be this bad.
