@alandavies1 @virginmedia If it’s any comfort to you, @VirginMediaIE is based locally and every bit as bad. Returning the set top box because I was emigrating required three days off work and the threat to throw it in the skip before they sent a work experience lad out in a taxi to collect it.

@virginmedia We cancelled almost immediately, way before 14 days and have the phone records to prove it. You are asking for 120 for a months bill plus 200 for cancelling outside of 14 days which is not the case. I’m now having to leave work to calm down an unwell and hysterical wife

@virginmedia Planned outage was yesterday which we were well aware of and were notified about. There was nothing about. It fine I’ll write in and complain as the Twitter and customer service is as bad as the connection

@virginmedia So I did call 150, and cancelled my broadband. Only now (1 month later) you are telling me it’s not cancelled. This truly is appalling customer service. I have now been on hold to 150 for 30mins trying to sort this out. Expect cancellation from me now

@virginmedia Please, please, please increase the upload speeds on your services. I currently have the gigabit service which is excellent (solid 990Mbit downloads), but 50Mbit upload is pitiful. Uploading video is painful.
