    @alandavies1 @virginmedia If it’s any comfort to you, @VirginMediaIE is based locally and every bit as bad. Returning the set top box because I was emigrating required three days off work and the threat to throw it in the skip before they sent a work experience lad out in a taxi to collect it.

    @virginmedia @secrets98765 Omg this has just happened to me too!! Im now back on hold for no doubt another 150 hours. ALL I WANNA DO IS cancel my installation - I’m well within the 14 days cancellation period just can’t get through to your useless team 🙄👺 shall I just cancel my direct debit instead?

    .@virginmedia late payment charge on a direct debit that hadn't changed in 18 months, then you take out the payment following month. What's going on? These are your problems and I'm paying the price?

    @virginmedia I have a formal appolgy from Kellycommunications md yet Virgin media whom we are personally holding accountable liable for damages as to terminate us ignored thisall equality law so this is a breaking of law my choice verbal two ways they refuse to look at the true evidence

    @virginmedia I have had intermittent issues for the past month, and only yesterday and today has it been significant enough to report. Disappointing but it is what it is I guess. Will have a look at Sky when my contract comes up for renewal
