@virginmedia Yeah usual virgin customer service...... still waiting on that call........ gave up waiting so contact is now cancelled - never again will i be with virgin. Customer lost forever. Absolutely useless customer service and an embarrassment to what should be a fantastic company

Virgin media is the most expensive broadband/TV service in the world they are offering their services to new customers a new low monthly fee/but not to existing customers pensioners like myself are paying £75 per month. No wonder customers are leaving

@virginmedia So because the fault is intermittent and not consistent customer services are willing to do nothing. So I'm having drop in service between 12 to 22 times a day and nothing can be done 👍🏼

@virginmedia Nope, it’s been awful since I got it…. I had tests and apparently it’s fine, it’s the worse I’ve had. Please confirm I can exit, BT now have a service which should be better than yours, to be honest, a hamster in a paper aeroplane would be more reliable….
