Virgin Media is just such garbage. Nearly 2 months of terrible speeds and connection drops. Engineer visited and claimed there was an acknowledged area fault (which of course the service status page doesn't show). They're gone as soon as there's a viable alternative.

@virginmedia By phone and letter (more than once) yet still this week a letter addressed to my dad arrived 'we are still looking into your complaint . . we will contact you by text or phone' along with 2 demands from Westcroft. I've given up, I'm not responding again, they can sue a dead man.

Studying a range of satisfaction surveys we noticed that @virginmedia customer service level seems to be slipping. On Twitter we noticed quite a significant amount of unresolved dissatisfaction issues. Hope #VirginMedia is onto turning this round. Suspect Teeside phone agents
