    @virginmedia It’s not ‘some issues’ it’s ‘no service at all’. It’s been known since yesterday afternoon and still out in the area and all we can see is ‘might be fixed by 8pm Wednesday’. So a day and a half with zero service and no other updates for customers. Such great service as usual.

    @virginmedia hi, I made a complaint on 9/9. Screen message said I would get an acknowledgment within 48 hours. Not happened. I tried to track my complaint on the website, nothing there. It seems Virgin have deleted/ignored my complaint.

    @virginmedia I'd rather be contacted via phone as there are many reasons as to why I've had to call into your call center over the past month. I've been promised several call backs and received none. And to top it all off you've closed my complaint without any resolution

    @virginmedia Had my new contract cancelled. Twice. Not been informed just waited home for the new phone to arrive to finally call them to be told it isn’t coming. I then get told they should of called me least twice so when asked call log they never sent and said only rang once. It’s terrible
