    @virginmedia do you EVER actually answer calls? Not a great way to retain customers when you refuse to speak to them. Truly awful service. Cancellation incoming if I can ever talk to anyone.

    @virginmedia I'm appalled by the service I have just received from your customer service! I'm definitely going to look for a different supplier, been a loyal customer and this is how we are treated! To afford to continue using your services I must down grade how is this fair!

    @virginmedia Nah no need to apologise, it's a tiny thing and know it's not your doing! Discussing the nuances of emojis with a broadband provider is a very 2022 conversation... Wonder is this the way to speak to one of the customer relations team? Keep sending emojis back to the chatbot🙏🤞

    @virginmedia Wifi is often fine but not always. My sky box is connected by ethernet and come midnight every night, programmes are buffering. It only lasts ten mins but anything with a wired connection (sky, ps5, pc) slows down

    @virginmedia constant poor broadband service, called up and automated system detected intermittent issue and told me to call back in 24hrs. It’s a permanent issue. Trying to get some boosters to see if solves the issues. Can you advise how I can get some without spending hours on
