@virginmedia This isn't about an outage right now, it's about a consistently poor service with intermittent WiFi problems, TV apps that crash, and the failure to provide me with WiFi boosters or a second TV box as promised. Over £100 per month, not good enough value

@virginmedia Not being able to provide service for 8 consecutive days is very very very far from "not being able to provide faultless service", for IT professionals like myself working remotely this represents thousands of pounds of income loss so we'll be looking to claw this back somehow.

@virginmedia get ur fkn wifi sorted out dnt pay nearly £80 a month for it to be on for five mins and then off for 40, people all over the glasgow area saying its down yet nothing has been put out..?? get it fixed

@virginmedia Case id 10936153 - 7 days and counting , no resolution yet!Today virgin media guy came to set up brdbnd at my neighbour's place, requested him to just look into this , why is my apartment showing "not serviceable" but the person was rude enough to even response.
