@virginmedia still no working phone line no working tv service I’ve had enough of this appalling service and either this gets resolved by today or I’m going to sky as a customer of 13 years with you It’s now getting pointless having your services as they don’t work I’m paying

@virginmedia It's a router problem, had it some around 15 years! Reset it and it works again, some days you have to do it 2,3,4 times! Been happening for weeks! Just can't talk to anyone at VM to report it! Faults happen but its the service, its non existant!

@virginmedia Done that and no issue came forward...as I said in original tweet it is an intermittent problem, and we haven't tried watching anything either recorded or streamed since my first enquiry but it is an issue that raises its head from time to time...any other ideas?

@virginmedia Any suggestions as to whether this comes under bills, faults and technical help, new installations or changes to my package, because they are my only options - with a warning that waiting to be connected may take up to an hour?

@virginmedia Ive called them every day since and had absolutely no sucess with your people. Engineer was due to move service from one flat to another on 28th, didnt bother to turn up, so moved myself. Nothing works. Only phone help i get is ‘try restarting box’.
