@virginmedia I want to get it off my credit file so tried to set a payment plan up I was told I couldn't, I was offered a settlement of £60 which I agreed to but the handler would not agree to send me confirmation the account was clear before closing the complaint

@virginmedia terrible customer service- been with you for the past few years (despite terrible b/band- so that we have had to buy a router!)&now you are charging us double for the same package! Only thing you can offer us is a deal £25 more p/month than a new customer would pay?!

@virginmedia So to clarify you've not added any additional help to my post, thread or issue and confirm that I have gone through the best way to resolve my issue? And has added additional stress to resolve the issues. Smh. I really hope the WiFi pod's work.

@virginmedia No, there's not, even rebooting it doesn't fix it. It happens several times per day at the moment, and at various times... And it's starting to drive me insane.

@virginmedia Yes it's been rebooted and my SSIDs have been separated out into 2 channels as well. It's not great usually tbh but over the past week service has been shocking

@virginmedia I also was said that I woukd recieve a managers call yesterday but that also never happened they probably called my number from 3 years ago
