    @virginmedia Shame you keep putting me on hold while I’m trying to cancel my contract then nobody answers. On my sixth attempt now and on hold for 40mins. Can say with confidence the worst company I’ve dealt with.

    @virginmedia DISGRACE ORDERED A NEW CONNECTION ON 22nd AUGUST FOR FITTING ON THE 28th SEPTEMBER - THIS ORDER WASN’T EVEN PICKED UP - NEW DATE OF 12th OCTOBER GIVEN - THATS NOW CHANGED TO 24th NOVEMBER - WE WORK FROM HOME POOR COMMUNICATION - I NEED THIS DONE SOONER - JOKE!

    @JoGaylor @tonymc39 @virginmedia Yes, they were utter bastards. I contacted them many times, they even had found the message when I talked to a customer advisor . Then they just forward it to debt collection and I didn’t have the energy so I just paid. X

    @virginmedia you need to let people cancel their contract without penalty if you are going to be providing an awful service like this, who wants to watch TV when it keep restarting ?

    @virginmedia Still no resolution. In August no phone calls in Europe. Your team admit privately there are issues but it's OCTOBER and still nothing on your website to admit this ongoing problem My wife and I are currently in two different countries, unable to get incoming calls.

    @virginmedia I’ve been on your stupid WhatsApp messaging answering the same questions 5 times since 12.25 today. Different people obviously keep picking@up the messages then moving onto other people.

    @virginmedia It is time now to give this the publicity it deserves. You are literally lieing to people offering roaming packages that are of no use. Still no resolution after THREE MONTHS.
