    @virginmedia Says there is an issue with your modem and tells me to reboot it? Tried that, works for a while am fed then breaks again. Been intermittent for two days now

    @virginmedia Already done that that's how I got complaint reference number C-120522234 it was a futile experience and why I will NEVER actively encourage anyone to do business with such charlatans.

    @Scottish_Outlaw @Ben_Aaronovitch @virginmedia Yep. I have set up a PiHole to do DNS and DHCP. Their wire is good. Their compute behind the scenes not so. But at least you can speak to someone. Had a PAYG as a network trial, better than Voda-VM wanted to go contract. online chat to set up a new SIM.

    Anyone else tv and internet down in Dublin 14, gone last 2 hours. Cannot get through to @VirginMedia_TV @virginmedia, tried reporting on app but saying no problems, useless ☹
