@virginmedia my contract ends on 19 July. Im notifying cancelling renewal as of 20 June, on here since virgin wont answer the phone or respond on whats app. Ac mo. 732479102. Customer service is non existant.

@virginmedia its impossible to either cancel or negotiate a new deal. My partner has phoned 3 times today, twice he was cut off and the final time he was on hold for just under an hour. What are we supposed to do when the contract is coming to an end!!!

@virginmedia how hard it is to cancel a contract? You ring the number given, go from 1 dept transferred to another, then another, on the 5 transfer, the line goes silent & they hang up! This is Virgin Media's customer service! #dontgetvirginmedia #virginmedia #poorcustomerservice

OMG Virgin Media is an absolute nightmare! Customer Service? WHAT customer service?! An engineer slot today for between 12-4pm and still waiting at 4.40pm. I hope they are as willing to pay £25 for their missed appointment like they want to charge if we miss one!
