@virginmedia Yes. It was supposedly fixed today after losing all service yesterday at 7.30pm, but now it is off again after only a few hours of service after supposedly being fixed.

@virginmedia It is saying that we cannot run tests right now. The broadband is down as is the phone. We are not the only ones in the area with this issue.

@virginmedia The internet is not connecting to the tv for some reason our phone is in the back of the Wi-Fi box to and the internet is constantly going off we reboot and the normal lights that flash the green ones nothing when I do a test it says there’s a problem with your hub

@virginmedia He did callback and then advised there was an issue. Even though I had some form of confirmation, he also tried to tell me it included a 6gb sim not a 30gb which in the notes it stated all as he read out to me. I have not signed a new provider contract as yet.
