    @mouthwaite @virginmedia This was the same as me and drove me mad and my bill kept increasing and no wifi, eventually went to BT and they are great and quarentee wifi in each room. No trouble so fars.

    @virginmedia our WiFi service has changed. Range/reliability is shocking. Countless calls to call centre with no resolution, except to try to charge me more for a service I had. Been with you years. Really shoddy service.
