@virginmedia Can’t access my online account. Have tried on 3 different devices. Doesn’t recognise my username (email) or password. Won’t accept password reset and have been told I’m using correct login. Also want to have ihone unlocked, and was told it is by agent. It isn’t.

@virginmedia you guys seriously need to improve customer service for UK mobiles. Can’t access or reset password to online account, long wait for customer service on phone and incorrect information being given to me.

@virginmedia Apologies for the delayed response. Had a technician come out to fix the hub, was an issue with the signal coming into the house. However now, the signal booster doesn’t seem to be working. Do you have any suggestions? Tried everything online!
