@virginmedia you guys seriously need to improve customer service for UK mobiles. Can’t access or reset password to online account, long wait for customer service on phone and incorrect information being given to me.

@virginmedia Can’t access my online account. Have tried on 3 different devices. Doesn’t recognise my username (email) or password. Won’t accept password reset and have been told I’m using correct login. Also want to have ihone unlocked, and was told it is by agent. It isn’t.

@virginmedia No network issue found it says. I’ve already been through all this. As I said previously a new hub was meant to be with me on Monday. As I said I work from home and the inconvenience this has caused has been a nightmare.

@virginmedia Yesterday. I need both to assess whether VM can provide what I need. Looks like I’ll have to cancel the contract without ever finding out. Unfortunately, every VM operator has promised things that haven’t been delivered.

@virginmedia Thanks I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and moved home taking virgin with me but when this gets sorted and I have some broadband service Ill consider other options of supply. Being disabled and limited mobility it’s hard with no tv ,broadband or home phone

@virginmedia Thank you very much for your swift reply I’ll write a letter detailing all the problems and the lack of help from your customer care team been nearly a month now with no service all I get is excuses and false information. it’s not worth ringing virgin as I get the same run around
