@virginmedia Can’t access my online account. Have tried on 3 different devices. Doesn’t recognise my username (email) or password. Won’t accept password reset and have been told I’m using correct login. Also want to have ihone unlocked, and was told it is by agent. It isn’t.

@virginmedia you guys seriously need to improve customer service for UK mobiles. Can’t access or reset password to online account, long wait for customer service on phone and incorrect information being given to me.

@bobwootton @virginmedia Good morning I’ve no services at all, says the internet is down. My upstairs tv box is working for normal tv. My downstairs box says it’s setting up channels. I’ve re booted everything twice. Tried the app and that’s saying it can’t help at this time. Please advise. I’m in Leeds

@virginmedia 2 Days straight with no internet in the IG2 area now. You've texted me 3 different times saying "We're pleased to inform you the issue is fixed.". I go to check, it's not fixed. Deceitful. I work from home so this will interfere with my livelihood as of tomorrow.

@virginmedia Had new 5 box fitted 2 weeks ago giving great results ( 135mbs) by your brilliant engineer, but service appears to drop out for a few minutes quite often. Otherwise OK.

@virginmedia id like compensation for intermittent broadband. It's unfair that you expect me to put up with even worse service in order to get compensation. Luckily 8 have a work phone with @LebaraMobileUK so able to hotspot. What am I paying you for?

@virginmedia switched to you less than a month ago for M125 fibre. Worst internet service I've had in my house in 8 years. More drop outs in one month than I've had in the last 8 years. How do I resolve this?
