    @virginmedia Can’t access my online account. Have tried on 3 different devices. Doesn’t recognise my username (email) or password. Won’t accept password reset and have been told I’m using correct login. Also want to have ihone unlocked, and was told it is by agent. It isn’t.

    @virginmedia you guys seriously need to improve customer service for UK mobiles. Can’t access or reset password to online account, long wait for customer service on phone and incorrect information being given to me.

    @virginmedia here we go again, internet dropping off, pixelated picture on (new!) TiVo box. It’s just so poor £70 + per month is a lot of money, webpage states no problem in the area, test equipment function just whirrs round…mirror image of problem last time 🤷🤷

    @virginmedia During those 2 1/2 months, over about 15/20 calls. I have been lied to several times. I asked your colleague today what you have done to solve this problem over the last 2 1/2 months and they couldn’t say a damn thing. I have had 4 ticket numbers and still no update from anyone.

    @virginmedia Hi, I have now tried unsuccessfully for 12 hours to use the WhatsApp service as again it goes around in circles if I am not immediately available. The number you helpfully provided hangs up after sending a link… please advise how I talk to someone about my account.

    @virginmedia The whole of Giffnock has list service and the O2 mobile coverage is poor. The instability issues will probably have us moving supplier.

    @virginmedia Also the lady we spoke to on the phone was very rude and didn’t let me finish and explain what I had to say before she started talking over me, and tbf the whole experience and way I was dealt with was poor, we have been with virgin for many years now and I will safely say we

    @virginmedia No these are elderly parents and it may have been the pods they were wanting. What they do need is a call from Virgin, not a promise of a call many a time and no one phones. Please can you message me a contact they can speak to directly in the UK as they are in need of help
