@virginmedia Can’t access my online account. Have tried on 3 different devices. Doesn’t recognise my username (email) or password. Won’t accept password reset and have been told I’m using correct login. Also want to have ihone unlocked, and was told it is by agent. It isn’t.

@virginmedia you guys seriously need to improve customer service for UK mobiles. Can’t access or reset password to online account, long wait for customer service on phone and incorrect information being given to me.

@virginmedia Contacted the number and was told we won’t be back up and running until Friday 3pm so that will be 4 days without service for an entire street. Also told the engineers were in the field but nobody is in our street

@virginmedia So I finally got through to someone after 18 mins on hold. I ask to disconnect.. ok no problem it will be done in 30 days .They then say they have to speak to someone to confirm it. I am then on hold for a further 22 minutes and surprise surprise the phone goes dead .please DM me

@virginmedia I’ll go through this, again, for the umpteen time then. I am a long standing customer who no longer wishes to pay your exorbitant prices when you do better deals for new customers. I also reject your £4 a month price increase. #virginmedia #RipOffBritain

@virginmedia Yes. Nothing works. It’s the line speed. 08:22am 54.7mbps down and 4.91 up. 10:22am 3.64 down and 0.00 up. Happens every working day. No change to home network. It’s your line.

@virginmedia how to cancel my Uk contract?? I am forced to stay in the NL (since April 2020) and cannot call 03454541111. I am quite angry that i cannot contact VIRGIN for months. HOW TO CONTACT AND CANCEL??
